plain yogurt cake

















pening dok pikiaq nak wat apa ngan plain yogurt 1 tub dalam fridge tuh. ari tu konon nak wat smootie ngan strawbery. bila p cari kat jusco, tak jumpa la plak. strawberi takda stok.. takde rezeki betoi. bila dok kelebek blog orang nih, bes nyer tengok kek yogurt depa. so chun pon google la resepi.

kat bawah ni chun paste je recipe tuh. nak tgok lagi, sila klik kat link di bawah ya. hasilnya..memang bes la. ni first time wat nih yogurt cake. chun rasa pekat sangat la adunan nih sebab tu merekah kat atas. patotnya tadi letak sikit air/susu. bau nya memang mengancam. rasa pon bes. tak sempat kek nak sojuk, kita dah masok lam molot dah :P

balik cuti CNY ni, mak dah pesan nak rasa kek oren. cantek la tuh. guna kek nih pastu letak oren zest n juice :) lusa leh setat soping for d oren n kek choc N order tok besday baby dia. siap kena wat minie mouse sekor letak atas kek tuh. aku letak tikus sekor nak tak N? hahahaha..
















ingredients

  • 1/2 cup butter, softened
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 egg
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour - i use plain flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 cup plain yogurt - i use nestle brand

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease and flour a 9 inch Bundt pan.
  2. In a large bowl, cream together the butter, brown sugar and vanilla until light and fluffy. Beat in the egg until smooth. Combine the flour, baking soda, and baking powder; stir into the batter alternately with the yogurt. Spread the batter into the prepared pan.
  3. Bake for 50 minutes in the preheated oven, until a knife inserted into the crown comes out clean.
