walaupun blog tak berupdate seribu tahun, tetap ada yang drop by. itu untungnya buat blog masak-masak nih. hari-hari ada saja yang google cari resepi. mine included la. aku masak western boleh hafal lagi, mai tang tradisi berteraboq. kadang call mak, tanya kawan kat wassup, dan yang paling selalu, mestilah google.

enough rumbling, ni tiramisu yang paling premium aku boleh cari. guna bahan berkualiti, italian style. campur sikit resepi Nigella and All Recipe, maka dapatlah tiramisu cek chun way.

- 1 large mccafe cappucino
- 2 eggs, separated
- 2 stick nescafe - ambik yg hotel punya
- 1 cup hot water
- valrhona dark choc hazelnut - grated, yang ni selalu guna cocoa powder, aku gatai p tambah, kasi up lagi rasa.
- 1 pack saviordi biscuit
- 6og caster sugar
cara mengodek;
- In a bowl, add cappucino, hot water and nescafe. mix them well.
- Beat egg yolks and 40g sugar until pale and frosty.
- Beat both cheese. combine with the yolk.
- In another bowl, whisk egg white with the remaining sugar until stiff.
- Combine both mixtures.
- Assemble time! rendam kejap biscuits in the cappucino. letak dalam bekas, put a layer of cheese mix. rendam lagi biscuits, susun atas cheese. lastly add the last layer of cheese.
- Grate the dark chocolate on top.
- Chill for a night. enjoy sambil tutup mata!
